Biography

Ariane is a self-taught abstract artist from New Orleans, Louisiana now working and living in Seattle, Washington. Ariane believes the spirit of her hometown naturally comes out in her artwork in bright and bold colors and playful compositions. Nature, diverse cultures, and eclectic fashion are also inputs for Ariane’s color palettes, and she frequently uses a palette knife, molding paste and sandpaper to give her work a tactile element. Ariane hopes her artwork resonates with people emotionally; speaking to their hearts and transforming their homes in beautiful ways.
